If the order is cancelled 72 hours before the scheduled delivery time, the full amount can be retained as shopping cash; if you choose to refund, the cash flow processing fee (5% of the total amount) that may arise from some refund methods must be borne by yourself.
If the order is cancelled 72 hours to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time, 50% of the total amount of consumables loss will be charged.
Orders cannot be cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Refund method
Online credit card: Contact us during business hours (11-19 o'clock) on the day of placing the order, and the full amount can be refunded. If the time limit is exceeded, the remittance method will be changed for refund.
Remittance: Please provide a refund account and sign the refund consent form before the payment can be refunded within about 5 working days.
If it is not a return of defective products, the cash flow processing fee of 5% of the total amount must be absorbed by the person applying for the refund.
